PatrioticShirtFactory.com offers standard shipping options for the continental USA only.

Our shipping charges are calculated in real time by the courier of choice that's selected at the time of checkout.

Please allow 24-48 hours handling time while we prepare your order for shipment. in addition to the shipping times.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking numbers to update in the couriers system.

We offer free shipping within the USA for all orders over $89.00 before tax if applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy

PatrioticShirtFactory.com offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all purchases. If for any reason during the first 30 days you are not satisfied with an item you received from PatrioticShirtFactory.com, we will gladly accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you find any item arriving defective, damaged or you received the wrong item in error, you must contact support@patrioticshirtfactory.com within 5 days of receiving your order to report the matter so we can get it corrected.

Please do not ship any items without contacting support@patrioticshirtfactory.com. You must request a RMA code before sending it back.. Refunds will be issued up to 7 days after receiving returned items and may take up to 5 days from date of issue for your financial institution to post.

If you ordered the wrong size item and you need to exchange it for a different size you will need to contact us at support@patrioticshirtfactory.com and request a RMA code for return.

We DO NOT do exchanges. We will credit you back for the original purchase price minus shipping. You will need to place another order with us to get the correct item.

Items that have been worn, stained, smell of fragrances or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange.

All shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns must be paid by the buyer. In the event of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, shipping will be paid by PatrioticShirtFactory.com.
